We originally got referred to Aren through our contractor – he came out a couple days later to talk through our repairs. He was honest, informative and helped advocate for additional repairs that our insurance company missed – responding promptly to our provider on any additional information to get the claim processed. I never had to follow up which was a huge help!
On the day of installation a team of two came out – they called to give us a heads up on their arrival, they were beyond polite and accommodating! They got our old windows out and in new ones in a couple hours!
I can’t recommend RTB Exteriors enough! They are absolutely fantastic! Thank you for everything!

I met Aren through my roofing contractor. He recommended Aren and RTB, telling me that they were the best in the business. Aren came out to my home and completed the inspection. He was very open with the process and the options. Aren stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. Since my windows and sliding glass doors were all custom sizes, they had to be ordered and it was a time when they were taking quite a while to be manufactured. Aren kept me updated on the progress and informed on the situation. I was contacted by the office who set up a delivery date and time. All items were delivered and the next day there was an entire crew there to install the windows. The crew was GREAT. They definitely knew what they were doing and did it well! The project took a few days for all of the install but the crew told me when they would be back and what they were leaving for the next day. The entire crew was extremely nice and knowledgeable about what they were doing. I could tell that they took pride in their work and wouldn’t leave anything in any manner other than perfect. There have been a few mishaps along the way but those were immediately addressed and corrected; two windows were the wrong size and one of those two was also the wrong glass. New windows were immediately ordered and once they were delivered, part of the same crew came back and installed the last two windows. Aren stayed in contact through the rest of the process of having the windows painted. I can’t say enough good things about RTB Exteriors. They were all way more than I could have expected!

We have nothing but good things to say about RTB exteriors. After the major hail storm in May-23, Aren and Ryan came to assess and document the damages and prepared the estimate for our insurance claim, which was approved as submitted. Once we received our insurance money we put 50% down to get the window order placed (11 windows). The installation crew did a great job and made sure our carpets were clean and all debris removed by the end of each day. We’re very happy with our new Anlin windows – much better quality and insulation than our old windows. Great follow up and communication by Aren during the whole process from start to finish, which is key to customer satisfaction. We will certainly use RTB Exteriors again for any future window repairs or replacements.

We had hail damage on some of our cedar sided house that was original in the 80’s. Our contractor called in Aren and they did an amazing job of replacing it with a perfect match. His crew was so exceptional and friendly. They came in the morning everyday and really did a great job and knew what they doing. It was three stories high in the back on the west side. Also not easy getting up on a high profile tile roof to replace some siding on the north side and not breaking our roof tiles. Clean up was great I didn’t find one nail in my yard or patio after they left which I found amazing. I must also say that Aren is great at returning your calls and also keeping you up to date on everything. I really appreciate that. He is really easy to work with and aims to please. I highly recommend them if you need new siding or are fixing damaged siding.

Aren and his crews (Ryan & Jeremy on Windows, Jack & Selig on Siding & Facia plus a different Gutter Crew) did an awesome job our home’s exterior, in spite of the raging COVID-19 pandemic that affected their supply chains and resources. In addition, Aren was instrumental in getting our insurance company to recognize the full extent of the July 2021 hailstorm that damaged our home and went the extra mile to get us everything that was due, including a full house wrap that was not required when the house was built in 2011 but is required by code now.

Aren and his team replaced all the windows and our sliding door to our patio. It was a bigger than normal job given that we cut out a bedroom window in each of our 3 bedrooms to make them fire accessible and up to current code. He and his team were in and out and worked through all of the shortage issues of COVID to provide us with a much more insulated home. We are beyond happy not only with our windows, but our trim out (which he insisted on) that we honestly couldn’t have been more happy with and would have kicked ourselves if we hadn’t had him and his team perform for us.

Since day 1 RTB has been great. I needed siding replaced on a portion of my house, Aren went above and beyond to make sure we could get the best possible color match as it was an older color that was no longer available. Ended up being a very good match. The install team were great! Very friendly and helpful. Had RTB replace a window at the same time. That came out perfect! Again, the installers did awesome! Office staff has always kept me updated and were very friendly and responsive.

We’ve had an excellent experience with RTB. Our house outside Fairplay at 11,000 ft had new siding installed last summer. During a typical year, we burn thru 500 gallons of propane. This refill only required 250 gallons. A 50% drop. The LP siding is an excellent product and with the house being located in the middle of a forest, the two hour fire rating is a tremendous positive. The install took about one week and looks beautiful. When my neighbors stopped by, they all said how beautiful the house looks now.

Aren and his team take their time to ensure there are no corners cut along the way. We had every single window in our home replaced, along with two sliding glass doors. The previous owners of my home were not the best when it came to general maintenance of the home. Aren and his team did a fabulous job from beginning to end. I had suffered hail damage from the storm of July 2019 not only to the roof but to 9 windows. Aren handled the window damage only. He some how reached a settlement with my insurance company for me which greatly exceeded the amount which they initially offered. The windows which he selected and had installed met any expectations which we had for the windows. The crew who did the installation were very friendly and worked very hard and completed the work on schedule. I would strongly recommend RTB to anyone.

Aren and the Raising the Bar Exteriors team blew my mind away with the quality job they did to the windows of my wife and I’s home. We had windows in from when the house was first built in the 80’s and we were losing heat constantly. When Aren and his team installed our windows, we instantly could feel a difference with the heat staying in the home. As well, they did the trim around the window and it looks just absolutely FANTASTIC!! They did such a great job that we have already ordered a new door through them to be installed! We cannot wait until the door is installed to have a fantastic new look and finish to our home! I would recommend Aren and Raising the Bar team to anyone! In fact, we are working on a sponsorship/partnership with them for my new race team for 2021! So you may see the car on his website in the next few months!

Our experience with RTB Exteriors was phenomenal. The whole team was a pleasure to work with from estimates, to the instal, to billing and follow-up.
